Here's what they miss: Misumi and Unou are two separate entities and they have never, not once, broken kayfabe with regard to this. Multiple times throughout the channel's existence both of them have been on screen and conversed with each other.
This is in no way comparable to fleshie hybrids like whores on twitch or what kson is doing
