Couldn't it just be as simple as she likes streaming in the 7pm to 11pm time slot because that works out the best for her work life balance?

It's already pretty widely know gura likes her sleep and I don't blame her. If I found a schedule that worked for me I would stick to it. It's pretty obvious that all the girls have thier preferred steam times. Ina's is around 3pm cst, Kirara varies a little but around 12pm to 2pm cst she's streaming and Ame is most always around 5pm cst. The JP girls do the same thing they have a time that works for them and they stick to it for the most part.

With setups like that your always going to have overlap between the members. With 11 en members + collabs/council meetings you're going to have all kinds of overlap there's just not enough hours in the day for it all.
