The reason? Pointlessly expensive to fight.
You gain nothing for going after some random place / person who shares / impersonates / makes knock-offs of you if it is small enough.
And even if it is big enough, in this specific case, as you say, Fillian couldn't do shit even if she wanted to because it ain't her IP.
Unless she has some trademarks or other protections behind her name, she doubly can't do shit about it because a mere username won't hold up well in court.
Imagine some cunt trying to sue someone in court because they used the same name, but xXxdanksmokes420 on to the end of their name too
