First of all, her model and design is really beautiful. Especially the hair and eyes and of course the whole automaton/"doll" design is very intriguing and something new for once.
She's incredibly creative. She always comes up with little bits here and there, she messes with her on-stream model and the stream elements a ton to good effect.
She's even a good programmer, she made a script that randomized Otomo designs and then prints them out through a small sticker printer, which she used to fill a book of otomos to remember them by. Then made a website where you can search your own otomo even.
She plays instruments like the violin and is good at creating music.
She's great with chat. She's quick to make good banter remarks.
Her evil laugh is great as are her giggles in general.
She clearly cares a lot about hololive and often wakes up in the middle of the night just to be there for another holo to call in or support them in an event or collab.
Her chemistry with most other holos (esp. Gigi of course) is phenomenal, haven't seen her be bad or lackluster with anyone yet.
She can speak French too which is great.
She also enjoys ASMR and wants to get into that once she has the equipment.
Cecilia is all around amazing and easily the best German speaking holo.
