Also the general majority of "drama" tubers who report on news which is unflattering to Niji EN, are based in the US. And truth is an absolute defense against claims of slander and defamation in the US.
....I mean Anycolor COULD try to go after False to try to force him to tell them who his mole is, so that they could fire or otherwise punish whichever livers are feeding him inside information. But there is precedent for allowing the press to keep their confidential sources confidential, and no US court is gonna overturn that precedent just because some random-ass foreign tech/entertainment company is butthurt that some random-ass Twitch streamer is telling people that some of the company's employees want to leave. Especially when that random-ass foreign company isn't even important enough to be traded on any American stock exchanges, and they're trying to sue an American citizen who buys ink by the barrel.
