The one who brought them together was Omega, the secret sixth Power Ranger; she assembled them into a council. (Omega would have been the A-chan of the EN.) According to the discarded lore, she was the beginning and the end. At the start, each of them already had their own domain as guardians upholding the laws of concepts. So you can toss the creator gods in the trash; they had no role in EN lore unless you mean YaGOD by that. With Omega's removal, the lore wasn't complete and had to be rewritten, but that only happened later. Sana reshaped her lore to connect with Ina, thus becoming AO's prophet, but she added that she doesn't have as close a relationship with her as Ina does. With her departure, the lore completely fell apart, as everyone added their own elements to their stories, turning Fauna from the guardian of nature into a life-giving goddess and Kronii into a Cronos-like god who keeps Uroboros as a pet. The retcon that followed nerfed most of the characters in the Council, except for Sana. AO plays a role similar to Omega, so I doubt it would be a simple battle of good versus evil. Let me add that many JP members have directly rewritten their lore to be omniversal, so subordinating them to the Council isn’t a great idea. I didn’t mention Irys, but Hope is merely a human concept, so it could only be connected to Mumei at most. The demonic-angelic origin is only strong in the Bible; most concepts possess greater power.
As for Baelz, she might be primordial chaos, but in every creation story that mentions primordial chaos, the era preceding it is described as a void. Look it up in Greek or Christian mythology.
In short, the exposition rests on a shaky foundation because they got rid of Omega. During the unfolding of events, Sana left after entangling her own lore, while the others spent two years fabricating their own lore. The younger generations does not fit into either the first or the second generation's lore.
