She didn't use them live, so whether she pre-recorded the movements or someone was doing it live can't be said just from that.
If we really want to analyze whether there was a cameraman or not, we would need to figure out how the system is being triggered if it was just Dooby. The biggest question here for me is that how does the dynamic camera moves stop when the song has ended or is about to end. Dooby does not seem to press anything at that moment, so it has to be something else.
So either she has to pre-time the duration of the dynamic movement, or the system somehow recognizes the length of the song.
I personally find it a bit hard to believe, that a system that has janky live functionality built into it in the form of raw hotkeys also has some such timing or detection systems. I find it much more plausible that someone else is just doing the camera work.
