>ENs like Mori (the golden girl of the company in EN) and Ame (the ultimate management lapdog at this point) were gung-ho and on board with management's descions while Gura was against it - Gura began to resent Ame because of this

>management punishes Gura by imposing a secret indefinite suspension on Gura, only allowing her to stream sporadically and to shill merch/for special events and so the infamous 'Gura never streams' arc begins and fans are none the wiser, blaming Gura the entire time
>Sana can't take all the drama and shitflinging behind the scenes and graduates and doesn't want to think about Hololive ever again, Ina is depressed about this which is why she goes on a weird break at the end of that year where she 'lost her phone'
>as time goes on Tempus crashes and burns and nobody reacted positively to the push for a mixed branch, Omega is fired for not delivering the numbers with Tempus and management 180's and goes the other way with Advent - Ame realizes the management she served so willingly never actually believed in anything and are just cynical and their other restrictions (and realizing what happened to Gura) starts to bear down on her, worsening her burn out
>Ame and Gura half reconcile behind the scenes and both plan to leave - however Gura has fully given into resentment and darkness at this point and plans to get terminated somehow and nuke Cover in some way but is keeping this close to the chest
>eventually, Ame announces her 'affiliate status' (a graduation in all but name only) and leaves
>Gura, thinking Ame is fully on her side now, confides in Ame her plan to get terminated on purpose (after being inspired by Selen next door) and nuke Cover somehow
>Ame is horrified by this and confides this in the rest of Myth
>Ina goes on break to dodge the incoming fallout and Kiara is depressed and hints at it on stream
