Imagine every time you wanted to shitpost on /vt/ you had to have a Japanese man who only works on Japanese time fax a permission slip to Hiroki. This one Japanese man handles all of the /vt/ schizos so sometimes your request gets ignored because faunaschizo, marineschizo and bvtm are spamming him with requests. Your request finally gets approved to shitpost in a thread two weeks from now, but the night before you have to stay up until 3 AM for a meeting with Hiroki so he can tell you to shill cheap pieces of plastic.

because she gets bored easily and ended up investing tens of thousands on a studio she can't even use properly because her corpo 3d model doesn't work well with all the equipment and can't upgrade it until it goes through a dozen different japanese businessmen and goes back to the one contractor allowed to work on any one model and even then doesn't guarantee that anything can be done because it's not part of "the plan"

It seems like she was just sick of Japanese corpo permissions autism. She wants to be able to decide what games to play on a whim instead of having to schedule a game for a specific day weeks in advance and then being stuck playing just that one game for that whole stream. Which is understandable but hard to imagine it being worth leaving Holo over.

Interact with community directly rather than having to do it with viewer run communities. These "fan" moderators sorta dictate the direction of the more dedicated fanbase and a lot of Holofan discords are sorta aids.

But more likely :
Contract external services with other corporate entities without justify why it can't be accomplished internally, and make external connections without company overhead causing inflexibility.

My guess is that she thought that vtubing at holo is a fun passion project and not a dream job and got uppity when the employer demanded shit from her.
