Non-zero chance she's on some meds that interfere with the day-to-day a bit and make streaming a bit of a bad idea, especially if the fainting is a chronic threat (recording is less of an issue, since you can have someone with you in-person to make sure you're okay, which for streaming is a bit tougher unless you have a roommate, one bad fall out of a chair and you're toast)
