Without her Myth is a sad group of 3 Holos, 1 who's actually popular in the west, 1 who's actually popular in Japan, and Kiara who's middle tier in general. Without Gura Myth crumbles, and without Myth HoloEN doesn't have a lead group for the branch, in the way JP has Sankisei, if Pekora or Marine had graduated after Rushia was terminated that group would be dead as fuck as well.
