>>88843669Now this here is a real honest-to-god Holofag.
I wouldn't suck a companies cock even if they were the best company in the world, if someone I watched left, I'd still happily watch them like I did before.
The indie life isn't for a lot of people, especially if you want to make money and work on large projects. It takes hard fucking work and drives some of them insane if they try to do it alone.
Realistically you need to hire people or rely on friends / family for some stuff at a minimum.
Your average retard-child here thinks "duuuurrr but it's just streaming" need not apply - it is not "just streaming", they do a fuckload of things off-stream and they cannot realistically do that at the same level without management to help.
I'm a workaholic and even I know my limits - they landed me in a hospital bed when I went ham on a project. Shit ain't easy and it is very easy to hit burnout.
I wouldn't recommend them to leave unless they DO intend on changing what they do.
It's a requirement. They simply can't do the same level of activity.
Of course, that might even be their intention.
They might just literally want to stream and nothing else. Maybe make some merch here and there, do cosplaying, singing, crafting or whatever else.
But some things simply have to give way for the rest of your life to be able to function.
Humanity got to where it is now because of cooperation. It took us from a bunch of tribalshitter retards to the moon.
A single person can't do it all, you NEED to delegate to others or nothing gets done in any reasonable time period.
