Anyway, yeah I think live 2d can get better, the capturing and recognizing software is where it needs to improve tho. Rigging is already getting to a point where the bottleneck is the camera and shit. Once the cameras get better and the recognition of body parts gets better, and maybe when shit can track eyes through glasses, it will give riggers more things to do. If you're just animating still images, then the people making those animations just need to learn how to animate better and learn how a natural body flows and moves. Too much l2d porn is just bad because the people doing it don't look at people in motion.
