You'd have to be loyal and stay vigilant but not enough that your clinginess shows through. It's why they chase after people who don't always pay attention to them. It's a lose/lose situation because either you care too much or not at all, and they'll find a way to pick at your routine to fit their very specific criteria and even then, it's never truly enough.

The clingy part is a personality flaw and doesn't equate to loyalty, e.g. you're not allowed to like things while they're still allowed to like other things. Not saying it can't work out but the ironic part is when a compromise is made, it usually involves breaking them out of their clingy personality.
I don't even hate Kronii but considering her reactions to Sally and how she airs out her menhera grievances, I don't doubt it when she says she's clingy.
