Cillia is pretty definitively the best rigger out there right now, and Laimu is the top pilot of the people Cillia has rigged for.
She seems to be keenly aware of how best to make her model move. While a lot of vtubers are fine with facial expressiveness, it's the body language Laimu employs that really sells it.

His rigging is very bouncy and floaty, but the bigger issue is that all of his rigs are exactly the same.
As in, he uses a template which is how he delivers rigs so quickly. They are all virtually identical and people are just tired of seeing all the same animations and toggles.

I like that he makes people seethe for his assets and stuff, but his rigs are actually awful
He uses templates for rigging which inevitably makes every model rigged by him look the same, despite the artist, and they all end up with a sort of unpolished, western kinda look.
Its not even that he adds too much to models, he just adds too much with low quality.
It ruins any vtuber I like if they have a rig by him
