>>89039589>I don’t remember if any of them ever sold out. They did "Sell out" but only under the artificial limits imposed by Cover, they sold out a full venue, all the concerts were at 30-50% capacity. Initially because of Covid restrictions but they keep it that way once they were lifted.
>>89039514>>89039576They made a profit, but I assume that it didn't justify the amount of man hours and studio time it takes up. Like sure they might have fully covered the physical cost, venue rent and such, but I doubt it paid off the hours of in house staff dedicated to it, as well as the studio, specially when weighted against the alternative of, having the girls do literally anything.
They simply aren't fit for a company like Cover because they require a FAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAR smaller operation to work withing a profitable range. It's not like there's a junior position for 3D director, animators, and such. They're using the same staff as the holos, to far worse results and profits, Cover has grown to the point were all their in house staff is probably pretty expensive to maintain, specially in such a competitive field as digital entertainment, so high wages/hourly rates for contractors are a necessity if they want to stay on edge, and they simply can't justify having that people work with the homos, and their 2k live viewers for a live concert that requires time in their professional studio that a over a dozen people to operate
