No it fucking hasn't, the sisters have been pretty much completely neutered at this point. The "sisters" you see in catalog threads are pretty much always just general dramafags at this point - they just stay isolated within /nijiEN/ and /nenmen/. No more directed raids from them, no more planning to find Holo girls in real life - just pathetic vagueposting on Twitter and seething in /nijiEN/.

Absolutely not.
They've slowed down tremendously and rarely bother people as often as they did before. My chuubas have been seeing a lot more peace since that site went down for good.
