Hell, IRyS is currently reclining hard when it comes to karaoke because similar to Kiara she has none of those boosts. She probably has fewer fans interested in her music than Mori does since for the most part she has only been a normal streamer.

When it comes to singing skills Kiara is top 2 in Myth together with Gura.
Mori is decent at singing but still mostly unpolished. You can hear her struggling in that PriConne song she did. But she is a rapper so that's fine.
Ina and Ame are soul singers. They both have improved but they are still not all that good. Ina is pretty weak even in Violet which in theory should show her at her best.
Kiara's ability to cleanly hit and hold high notes is the best in Myth, above Gura even. However as always her biggest point of contention is her voice as it is very high; too high even for most people and songs. It means she can do insane things like Goodbye Declaration but is out of her comfort zone even with moderately low songs without a key change.
And her Go XLR is of course not helping by distorting her voice and making her peak.
