I figure JP nijifans will probably go just to get something out of nijifes considering the other concerts will probably be harder to get into, although it's hard to know for sure; the "festival" part ends on the 23rd and this is on the 24th so it will probably be more low-key considering it's just the event hall and not the expo halls.
It's also on a Monday but people should be off from work since it's a holiday for the Emperor's birthday
