Really sad it has come down to this. TTT along with Krisis to a lesser extent was the last gen in NijiEN that was untainted enough by the incident that had goodwill left that could've been used to turn things around if used correctly but NijiEN squandered it by having Vivi do the dumb art thing on the sockpuppet and defending their policies because they were unwilling to do the hard things with cleaning up their shit properly, not to mention the nepotism that allowed Claude opportunities his genmates were not allowed. I think Scarle is the last female of significance left inside the company and she is holed up with her own fanbase waiting for her turn to exit.

The design was beautiful in art, but I've always though that it doesn't really work well in motion, like a less extreme Irys 1.0.
Yes, the corpo rigging was stiff as hell as usual, but I fear that it would have not fared better even with a better job.

My hope is Fulgur or Doppio. I know there's a lot of anger towards Fulgur still because of the discord leak but in general he seems to be less willing to deal with management bullshit (probably because he's older than most of the other livers) and Doppio has shown support for Sayu on his PL and both seem to be chill guys and don't deserve to suffer in kurosanji.

I would have said Rosemi and Scarle but I don't think either are likely. Rosemi has seemingly just accepted life in a post-Selen NijiEN, and Scarle does fine in her own isolated bubble with her oilers.

I think the management of EN has demonstrated they have no idea what they're doing, and JP has no idea what's going on/doesn't care. In an ideal world Selen and Doppio would be organising kino events together. It genuinely makes me sad how much promise NijiEN had, how great the beginning was, how much talent is still in the branch, and how little Niji itself seems to care.

The branch has seemingly been left for dead especially after the 2024 fiscal year where they missed expectations. There was a lot of activity at the beginning of the incidents like getting Rosemi and Petra their 3Ds and etc. trying to revive the EN branch and do events but because they were unwilling to do the hard parts to clean house, the company has been left for dead by many people. It shouldn't be a surprise people are bailing on contract expiration.
