Don't get me wrong, having a couple of weird guys finding out your name and address as a very online woman is unpleasant, but plenty of other vtubers have been ACTUALLY PUBLICALLY DOXXED and had a more reasonable reaction: you freak out, you go away for a month or two to clear the air, and then you come back, possibly under a new name, then you go back to treating everyone who wasn't involved in the drama the same as you always treated them, except perhaps you be a bit more careful with what information you give out.
It's a little strange to have the bad thing happen, wait a year, decide to freak out after a year, wait 6 months, then come back with a 30 meter high wall between you and your mostly male viewers who all had nothing to do with what happened, while also becoming closer than ever to your mostly female vtuber colleagues. I'm not saying this is definitely a case of pre-existing misandry that just got revealed, but I'm not saying it isn't, either.
