It could be read as something like the wobbly dialogue bubble & font during a climax scene in doujins which adds to the motion and action of the scenario. I think if you refine the amount of liquifying you use, and refine the lineart over a liquified sketch instead of liquifying the line itself so that the wobbly effects look more intentional this could be a really good and unique style for your brand as an artist.
