So you're not even allowed to increase your rents if you use gas or coal, you're forced to pay for any repair, you can't evict and even if everything works out, you have a hard rent cap based on your city block and you can only increase by increments of 1.5% per year towards it.
Same thing in: Germany, France, England, Spain, Switzerland, Belgium, Italy, Sweden and pretty much every other countries in the European Union. The numbers can be a bit different but it's European laws so every country has to apply them.
