I don't think so, but it is less convenient (for reasons I won't bother naming) and the staff there are possibly even worse than on Youtube, with heavy censorship and white knighting thotery.

I occasionally visit Twitch myself, but I doubt I'd take the extra effort for some literally who and I'm sure I'm not the only one.
