Playing Apex with a stranger who can't take bants wouldn't be fun for Selen. Petra sucks with people she doesn't know. Collab Ame is completely different than solo Ame, she always starts off tame but slowly lets loose once she feels the flow of the collab. Also Selen is the only other NijiEN Ame follows on Twitter and Selen follows her too.

What is the advantage of hololive collabing with niji? All it does is dilute their brand. Anyone who is subbed to anyone in nijiEN is already subbed to hololive so its not like they would get more exposure

Someone, like Ame, is too autistic for collabing properly, true, she would do even better on her own. But for others it's a big debuff to being unable to collab with a lots of people whenever they want.
