Believe it or not but there's still a way for Nijisanji to salvage the situation in the West in the long run but it requires time, resources and them stepping on their own pride:
1. Address the Selen situation in full: say who the bullies were, denounce them in public and fire them (if they're still working), offer a 6-digit compensation to Selen
2. Apologize for the black screen video and the smear campaigns against the terminated talents, denounce the ones who were pushing it in public
3. Work on a deal with Selen which leads to both Niji and Selen making a united statement that there's no more bad blood between them
4. Fully compensate the graduated talents with a good public image who Niji still owes money to (Mika, Nina, etc), with a decent $ bonus on top. Working out a deal where talents officially state on their stream that Niji is doing better now would be also good.
5. 2% cut is not enough, make it more favorable to the talents and spread the info
6. Make a proper overseas management department and not the joke that it's now and clearly announce what exactly is changing in the future
7. Fire problematic talents who sow internal discord if such people exist
8. Apologize a lot, not to the investors but to the mistreated talents and the public
9. maybe something more that I forgot
With these I can see the public image of the company slowly changing for the better.
