All of the Japanese nijis are good. There's a reason why so many Japanese holos are friends with them. Joe also has a long history of collabing with holos before hololive started to shun outsiders.

I mean, let's be honest there, they really just wanted to erase memories of mixed gender collabs and eventually they let back in the Niji girls who understood the new rules in place. The Subaru family for example will never be brought together again beyond Ui-mama being a go-between.
