i don't want to say everybody, but i think a decent amount of people have questioned what its like to be female and wondered what it'd be like to have breasts. it's a major part of the human experience you miss by being a man.
of course in the past you often had your potential neutered by being a woman, since it's pretty hard to rule or be taken seriously. in modern society the question probably arises more often now that we consider people of any sex deserving to have about the same rights, legally pursue their interests in jobs, arts, etc. an average roman would most definitely consider it a shame to be a comparatively very weak woman when they could pursue honor, women, etc, as a man.
