I lost over 100lbs, shaved my head (lol don't be balding bro just shave it off and grow a beard xD), went out to pubs and clubs, took extra hours at work, moved out my mums basement
and I was more miserable than ever, had to give up all my favourite terrible shitty foods to be "healthy" but all it made me realise is how fucking pointless it all really was. Nothing really changed, I felt worse, was in the same shitty job, was now paying rent to live alone for "freedom" which amounted to being able to masturbate without fear of my mother walking in.
I moved back in a few months back and I've been piling the weight back on, and I honestly feel less shit now. Self improvement is a fucking meme for losers to kid themselves that they're not fucking losers.
