Ina never wanted to have the skimpiest outfit in Hololive and it's obvious she doesn't really want fans to like her current design. A lot of the major disputes going on between HoloEN and management are related to forced sexualization where a few of them got stuck with sleazy designs. Management didn't want to give out model redesigns and that eventually turned into huge contract fights.

HoloEN has likely been fighting with management about model redesigns for over 3 years but management were definitely furious when the guys joined the fight. Cover doesn't usually fire half a Holostars gen and no one can really explain the fishy things going on with Gura, Ina, and Ame unless there is something going on with management.
