After all, just look at Mint with people like Maia. Maia's still extremely supportive of both Mint and Elira, and Mint still associates with her.
Though the closest you could say is that Selen never joined Elira's private unmoderated discord server with literally everyone else in it. Selen would regularly talk good about Elira and bring her up randomly, but I really can't think of a single time Elira talked about Selen on her own stream unprompted.
There's no real hard evidence either way, but it leans more towards the idea that Selen genuinely liked her coworkers, and the coworkers outside of a very select few tended to treat it as a job and didn't reciprocate her feelings.
Really, the only people you could have made a real case for friendship at this point would be Ike, Vox, Pomu, Rosemi, Bonnivier, and maybe Fulgur. And we know how the first two turned out, so there's no way to tell anymore until they leave because we can't really trust anything they've put out as part of their job.
That said, there's still definitely people like Scarle or Doppio who likely looked up to her but weren't exactly friends.
