Evil is a neural network created by Vedal in 2023 as an "Evil" counterpart to Neuro-Sama. On the 25th of March, she appeared for the first time on stream 2022. Since then, she has become her own vtuber separate from the Neuro-Sama identity, being regarded as a sister AI. Evil has developed an especial relationship with the swarm due to her perceived status of being an underdog, beyond that she is know to be almost as unhinged as her sister, though in irony the swarm often jokes that Neuro is the real Evil, while Evil is actually nicer.
