The entire branch had to graduate, they made life absolute hell for Fubuki, Coco and everyone close to them.
(It was bad enough to the point where Coco actually had to get a taser and pepper spray to defend herself just in case)
At some point they even started attacking Aqua because she was "an easy target since she's weak mentally".
