They're in all of the collab bullshit in Japan every time, do extra work to get voice recordings for stuff like Holocity, and do semi-frequent JP tourist streams as well as playing shit like every JP horror game that attracts JP tourists. Add in that they try not to miss any JP events because more JP fans see them, and I'd say it's only a matter of time before they edge out Gura on JP attention. I don't think Cover will ever stop putting Gura on stuff just because she has 4m subs, but I think the general fanbase will have her fade in their mind as 'Who they think about when they hear Hololive EN'.
