>>90013527....so why hasn't Kronii been having visa problems?
Why haven't other Korean vtubers been suddenly and mysteriously having problems with their Japan work visas? Holo doesn't have a monopoly on Korean vtubers working for Japanese agencies, and Hololive EN doesn't have such a monopoly within Cover itself.
Also Ina is just a vtuber, not someone who is "important" in the grand scheme of things. Cover and the Japanese government will resolve her issues, but it will be resolved at the speed of government (which, admittedly, is still faster than what "the speed of government" is in the US). Ina is not "important" enough to get her visa fast-tracked, nor is Cover "big" or "important" enough to light a fire under the asses of the government clerks' managers.
...
...oh, and if her visa really was denied because she's Korean, the Canadian ambassador would have sent the Japanese immigration department a nastygram by now. That sort of thing may be a joke /here/, but in the Touch Grass Dimension it's a big fucking deal. As in "international incident big enough to get noticed by the Diet's counterparts in another country" big fucking deal.
