For us geezers Hololive/Nijisanji is our third or fourth rodeo with talents like this. First you had Thatguywiththeglasses, then Machinima. Then Roosterteeth. Now we've got a ton of diverse and interesting entertainers with the powers of JAPAN and ANIME on their side.
It's unique. It's goofy. You're doing yourself a disservice if you take it all seriously.
The talents will be fine. Have some fun with it while they're fresh. If they become old and grizzled entertainers with more crow marks than audience members, I guarantee if you save them a seat they'll do the same thing we're doing now.
