Everything you said applies to Myth and Council too, the difference is Advent and Justice live by the mission statement and for the most part, constantly delivery in quantity and quality according to their respective niche. Myth and Council were always flaky at best, a failure at worst.

problems with Myth and CouncilRyS = egotistical talents like Ame, Kiara, Mori, Sana and Kronii (by the time they have righted themselves it's too late)

problems with Advent and Justice = fundamentally bad talents
