I don't want to make a thread for this but there was this sort of generic, didn't look bad though, vtuber with brown hair who entire gimmick was that she was trying to get good at composing music
I found her through a bought ad on youtube.

I just remembered her and tried to search for her but she seems to have disappeared from my history. I think she was called Rio but I'm bad with names so I'm not sure.
