Prolly because Brave USA, the company that manages VSPO EN, has kinda blacklisted Doki because of Niji. There aren't any girls from v4m neither, while VSPO JP prolly have more freedom from Brave JP management thx to being quite successful before being acquired.
People will say that the VSPO EN girls are Nijisis, but out of the 5 girls, Riko is the only one being a Nijisis.
Arya clearly enjoys Dokibird, she mentioned her name multiple times already in stream, participated in an Apex tournament in which Doki was in, and was excited when it was revealed that the team she trolled by playing the trumpet was Doki. Plus, she also interacted with RPR during the VSaikyou watch along and joked about him, while all Niji EN members stopped all interactions with the guy after he defended Doki publicly (but he still interact easily with Niji JP, the gaps between EN and JP is strong in every company). I'm 100% sure she would love to collab with Doki one day.
Narin and Jira are both Korean girls that never leave their rooms, and didn't seem to care about the whole thing. Narin did play with Niji EN, but always when she was invited by another VSPO EN girl. I think both wouldn't mind participating in an event organized by Doki, though they're not Apex players (if Doki makes an Overwatch tournament, maybe Jira would like to join ???)
Remia collabs with a lot of Vtubers, mostly from small companies. She's the one who collabed with Elira and Finana, so people have suspicions, but I don't see her as a Nijisis. She discovered Vtubers through clips (VCR GTA I think, but I'm sure what she enjoyed the most were indeed the clips out of big Vtuber events like VCR), so she prolly just wants to collab with whoever would like to collab with her. Would have never joined this event though, she really hates Apex.
Then comes Riko. Her oshi is Luca, and all her favorite Vtubers are other Niji males, either EN or JP. She did say that she likes Doki I think, but nothing more. Maybe she lies about it, but at least she can mention her name.
What makes it funny is that a big part of VSPO EN chat watch Doki too, being the "Gamers" female Vtubers. So Arya's chat and Riko's chat too mentions quite frequently Doki or Doki's adjacent streamers. There is far more dragoons watching VSPO EN than Nijisisters watching VSPO EN. Don't know if their management knows it though, but the girls prolly understood it (or they're really dumb, which is possible).
If Brave USA understands it, and see that Doki's tournament is successful, they'll allow them to collab with Doki, or to participate in events organized by Doki. I'm also quite sure that management doesn't know that the Holostars collab with Doki and the Niji males just fine, plus the one who is prolly likely to collab with Doki is Arya, while Riko will 100% still continue to collab with Niji members, so VSPO EN as a whole won't burn any bridge.
I don't know precisely how VSPO management works though, so I dunno if they'll realize it.
