What's the fastest way to gain oshi? I want to play endless with Noel because the converting HP and pickup range into damage is delicious, and I could double dip with pickmin.

I was playing Suisei last night to gachi her, really really struggled in 2H and 4H with her.
I don't think the level-ups were very kind to me but even so

There is certainly a lot of imbalances in the game but I don't particulary will call Suisei as one of the weakest characters. More like middle of the road.

More like some characters whose skills that just don't do much. Like Ayame for example. It would be nice if there were items that could improve skills besides the beetle that boosts damage. Like boosting the range, cooldown or duration.

I've managed to beat 2H and 4H with Suisei using only base weapon so I don't know anon. The only thing that actually gave me any trouble at all in 4H was not being able to outrun the lightning so I just tried to build speed before anything else.

Well, it's probably impossible perfectly balance 47 unique playable characters each with their own weapons and skillset.
You'll always have some that are harder to play than others. That can't be helped.

But I also wouldn't call Suisei exceptionally hard to play. I'd actually say she's one of the better ones.

My main complaint about Suisei is that her main weapon and skill work against each other
Her weapon is a short-range, high-damage weapon with a guaranteed critical hit, while her block skill is a screen-wide crowd control ability that keep enemies out of her range.
Additionally, the skill provides a massive critical chance boost, which offers no benefit to her main weapon since it already guarantees critical hits.

Ayame really sucks. She gets buffs from using her main weapon but her main weapon is terrible, and her invincibility is kinda whatever since it requires her to take damage first, Fubuki can just run into entire crowds of enemies, kill them all, and leave after having taken zero damage.

I see where you're coming from with the critical boost part but the special attack is a great source of crowd control, and it really works well against (most) bosses by stunning them. It's really helped me clear a path when I was getting overwhelmed.

Almost every character can easily beat it. Just invest in credit card + 1 level of blacksmith gear and rush to a AoE collaboration like Idol Concert or Legendary Sausage. After that things start to snowball at your favour. Also there are caveats for chuubas like Ame, Towa or Zeta that you can avoid upgrading their main weapon over making collaborations.

Recently I started playing Taboo Trial and noticed similarities to the skill progression system of HoloCure, the main difference is obviously the graphics but the skills remind me a lot about HoloCure.

fishing pond area needs a total rework. there's no point fishing for commons anymore since you can just buy bags, and rarer fish can be farmed in hard mode stages with material find. actual fishing is unproductive since you only get 1-3 fish at a time and my workers are now asking for over 10 each at this point.

I mean Biboo rock yeah, but flower is really dependent on having a good main weapon to apply it. Advent, ghost, lifesteal, aqutan all have as much use depending.

Regardless of how good the main weapon is, what else are you going to put on it? Reine's feather? Def debuff is huge for all the collabs that are actually doing damage. It doesn't need to be applied to every regular mob on the screen, those should disintegrate fast anyway. And you should be able to debuff bosses with any signature weapon.
Unless, of course, you're doing a single weapon run. Then the generic damage stamps would be more valuable.

Does haste translate directly into attack speed? Can I treat it like a multiplicative damage multiplier like the mask/gorilla hand?

Something like more items, more collabs, nerf them so they arent as overwhelming and make it so you actually have to work with what's given to you instead of going

I've been picking up the tiara in stage4-hard-halu when it pops up from the free levels at the start. It does make a difference by pushing the stamp rng in your favor in the early waves where some characters can easily get overwhelmed.

But later waves, when you have established dominance with other weapons/items, it's meh.

How isn't it? I'm looking at the haste formula on the wiki, and it seems +100% haste makes the weapons fire twice as fast. Seems linear and multiplicative. Outside, of course weapons that are capped. But I don't think it's realistic reaching 1 frame attack levels of haste. 40% from tiara can probably be treated at as 40% mean DPS gain.

You don't need a super limiter. Just get normal limiter and knightly milk then keep choosing pickup range when you level up. I got all three unlocks in a single run first try

Train up a level 50 ranged/mage worker and do fight pits for 100k chips per win. Send another worker to fail another fight pit after every win, otherwise your worker will get targeted.

Or spam click slots, but that will take easily 10x as long.

Yagoo's scale up to fast to tank these days, so there's basically two schools of thought. Option one is invest heavily into scaling and attempt to nuke them before they touch you. Option two is to invest in CC and play keep away. I don't like option two because I'm lazy, but characters like Bae and Kaela work well for the first one.

EN Curse is powerful, but Black Plague is ridiculous.
I was playing with max Halu on level three hardcore and once I got black plague I stopped having to move, enemies couldn't even get onto the screen.
It scales WITH the difficulty because of the instant death chance and exponential growth, so the more enemies get spammed onto the screen the more powerful it becomes.
