It will start off like a cohabitation VN showcasing your daily life with the two as they just broke out from jail, cutesy and romance-bait LONG (~12-15h) common route, but then interspersed with sudden scenes of "business as usual" being a motif from random background characters and random text in books or on the walls.
At end of common route, one of the twins disappear, dependent upon your choices, and you wake up as usual, with the twin of your choice going about the day as normal but not knowing or remembering anything about anyone else but you two living together. When you try to tell her or show her, a force stops you, and you can't. The demon dog finds it weird but recognizes something is missing and feels sad. You try to do the common route daily life things but nothing works to cheer her up. Pero shows up, tries to explain what's going on but can't because the force stops them as well. Instead, he tells you to join him journey to a certain prison. (You travel through the other Advent lands and meet "off-seeming" Advent members + Chikuwa).
Idk about ending. Something bittersweet where it is revealed that since this Demon Dog Twin is a fake, she will disappear once the problem is solved since they stuff endings like that and time will reset so it's as if you've never hung out with the common route demon dogs, but you'll be ready for them once they break out of jail.
Bonus true ending where you work together with the real twins to connect the two "business as usual" twins.
