Now, Dooby is competing in an industry where both of those things are basically standard, and she's done absolutely nothing to set herself apart.
If you want someone to be fun-toxic, you've got Dokibird, who does a way better job of it than anyone in HoloEN. If you want VR antics, you've got VShojo, Filian and the like. If you want collabs with a bunch of VTubers, literally every non-Myth EN gen has done a better job.
Dooby needed to elevate: she needed to prove that there is something Hololive is missing, and that she can prove that. Anything less just makes her look like she left because she's lazy, and that's incredibly dull.
