Artifacts are completely worthless, once you get a decent armor you just stand there and calmly shoot humanoid enemies in the head, mutant AI is absolutely fucked beyond belief (if you hop on a box they just break and start running around), difficulty is just bullet sponge garbage, A-life isn't working so shit just spawns on you out of nowhere or spawns infinitely in bases, and many other issues
I'm just sprinting from point to point for quests with barely any emergent gameplay in-between, because it always amounts to "oh a stash is nearby, I'll hit that" and it's just two bandages, a medkit, and 10 ammo
