>>90260769>The point is that we don't know and it could go either wayAnd that’s the whole issue right there.
>we don't know>it could go either wayWe’ve gone from “this artist hates Sayu because she got fired” to “we don’t know what happened, it’s just an example”. The thing is, you’re admitting there’s enough wiggle room for this entire conflict to be just a result of Sayu’s own brainworms, and that’s really important. It means, on some level, you realize you can’t take her word 100% on this, or at the very least, that, again, there’s more to the story than she’s letting on
So, like you said, let’s treat this as an example. If there’s room to doubt Sayu’s claim that some random artist hates her for getting fired, then what’s the difference between this and all the other stories?
>they abandoned her>they’re ignoring her>they were friends and they betrayed herSure, there’s no denying that a lot of vtubers who used to collab with Sayu don’t interact with her anymore. But there are also plenty of streamers who did start collabing with her after the drama and eventually stopped, too. The real issue is we’ve seen the same pattern play out repeatedly: Sayu stops interacting with someone, then she shares her side of the story while the other person just moves on
And that’s the interesting part, because supposedly everyone hates Sayu, yet you won’t find anyone ranting about her. The worst we got was Matara saying Sayu betrayed her trust, but Sayu did it on stream, so it was fair game to talk about publicly. Other than that, the only one constantly ranting about others and feeling sorry for herself is Sayu. Hell, even Quinn publicly said he doesn’t have any issues with her and that everything is cool.
So, we’ve got two possibilities:
>Literally everyone has decided to ghost Sayu for the grave crime of being fired from Niji, while at the same time still supporting Doki and openly sucking the cock of people like Filian, who twitter fucking hates or
>Sayu herself is the issue, and most of the people who are “ignoring” or “hate” her probably just don’t care about her that muchHonestly, the second one sounds way more likely. I’m not saying Sayu’s a bad person or that she is lying, but it’s clear she has always struggled with personal and professional relationships. And after spending almost a year in an echo chamber of yes-men, I doubt things have improved much.
Whatever the case, things won’t get better for her until she stops blaming everyone else for her own struggles. She doesn’t need to beat herself up over it either, she just needs to let that stuff go, move on, and even gaslight herself if she has to into believing everything will be alright. If she can’t do that, she’d probably be much happier quitting this job and starting a new career doing literally anything else
