And it's puzzling. Maybe we can chuck it up to "japanese business mentality" or some shit like that. But before modern times we could say that EN girls are ignored because COVER is just understaffed, small indie company, you see, one or two managers in charge of the whole branch can't do everything!
Now there's almost a thousand people working at COVER, and they keep hiring, but management is still so fucking bad. Now we can say that oh, they got too big too fast! There's too many people, actually, important stuff just gets lost in the endless stream of other bureaucratic crap.
I don't know. That part of Altare's stream, where he openly criticizes management and is understandably pissed off, I just keep remembering it. It's not right, it shouldn't be like this. He talked about it, but what else happened? To him? To other guys? To girls? One can only speculate, breed rrats in his head.
