With how avoidant she is, as precedent has shown, she won't go to a doctor to deal with any of them until they've escalated to the point of hospitalization. I hate being a concernfag and I'll never bother her on stream with any messages about it but I really wish she would eat right, sleep right, and talk to a doctor about all the ways she's feeling sick. I really do think she left home too early; I'm still not sure she's at a stage where she can really live alone and I'm worried she might put herself in actual danger again.
