It definitely won't be Petra (stuck in Niji for visa reasons) or Meloco (honorary Niji JP, to the point of routinely doing collabs with Holo JP and Holo DEV_IS as a matter of course), and it's somewhat unlikely to be Aia (second highest earning girl in the EN branch, behind Scarle)
Scarle, Twisty and Klara are probably not in the queue, and as such almost certainly won't be next; but they are very likely to get culled at the merger. Scarle will get culled for liking the Kurosanji comment, and for distributing daki files for free instead of letting the company sell them (despite her giving them away specifically because the company was making no effort to sell them), and the Denauth girls are the lowest-performing girls in the branch no matter which set of numbers you look at.
The other girls in the EN branch are Finana, Rosemi, Reimu, Maria, and Kotoka. Some of them might already be in the queue, some of them will get culled at the merger; even if Kotoka graduates before the merger is announced, I do not expect all four of the others to survive the merger. In my mind, the least like of those five to leave at or before the merger is Maria.
