Worried about becoming more and more limited by youtube, they made a niconico channel. Plan is for archives to be free for a week, then older stuff requires the 550 yen monthly membership. There's also paid-only streams 3 times per month. Idea is for the niconico stuff to use their live2D models, basically be the place for things they would have done on youtube but are too afraid to now.
There's some changes to the premium stuff but it's hard for me to totally follow since I don't know what it was before. The main one looks like they added some random higher-tier archive previews to the 2nd price tier so people can get an idea what they're buying. It also got renamed from online salon to fanclub.
Pepero wants to revive the masquerade official youtube channel by using it to do aftertalk/afterparty for niconico streams. She had to clean up a bunch of videos from it because it had a ton of stuff in the archives that would not have been accepted by current youtube.
They're now hiring. Kind of laughing it off but they seem worried at how much they've shrunk. They've already got one new girl lined up for debut Dec 15. They thought it would be awkward to call them 6th gen when there were so many holes in the org that would make people ask questions so I get the impression they're dropping that terminology, they all have new self-intros that don't mention their gen anymore. (Hinata suggested calling the new girl ReGLOSS which I thought was pretty funny)
There's one more announcement they're saving for a company collab stream in 1 week because they couldn't get it fully prepped for today.
