Crush 1 package of Graham crackers
Mix the butter and cracker crumbs and line a cake tin with it.
Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes
Meanwhile, mix 8oz of cream cheese, 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract, 1/2 cup of sour cream, 2 tbsp of sugar, and 2 large eggs with an electric mixer.
Fill the cake tin with the mixture and place back in the oven for 10 more minutes or until you can stick a toothpick into it and and it comes out clean
