I have 2 theories, either it's because there are too many shareholders who want to take the company in the wrong direction and change things, and the "talents" are against it.
Or the talents have always been lazy and were able to get away with it back then but are now being forced into actually work hard to stay relevant, which some of them can't handle.

Hololive is still far better than Nijisanji. I do believe that Yagoo does care about the reputation of the company but that most of upper management only care about merch sales and revenue.
